We are Geocachingwithgeokids.

We are; Luminesence (I do most of the writing); smif247 (he loves his techno gadgets); Geowolf97 (prefers to be called Wolfie) and CadencetheGeokid (another avid writer). Just a regular family who a couple of years ago had finally gotten fed up with sitting around doing very little in front of the television…

…And then we discovered Geocaching! A type of treasure hunting using gps signals to navigate to a given point where we search out a hidden box full of swappable items and a log book. But it doesn’t stop there. Geocaching has shown us many interesting places in our locality that we never knew existed, given us history about where we live and helped us to make friends who we consider to be family.

But where does Geocachingwithgeokids come in? After many adventures, some easy, some intriguing, some difficult and some just plain ridiculous I felt the need to share with the world. Anyone who knows me, knows that I love to talk so the obvious option was to begin our own blog. That was almost two years ago and has proven to be very popular.

In addition to the blog we can also be found on Facebook, so if you enjoy Geocachingwithgeokids and you have stories, photo’s, video’s or geocaches that you feel are worthy of sharing then please like our page and share to our wall.

    • Hi Tony

No problem at all, I was intrigued when you liked my posts so went to investigate. I have found some of your articles interesting and hope they may help me on my journey to acceptance/recovery.

I have followed on twitter too, I’m @FayecBrown.

      Thanks again, Faye

      • As I want lots of different people to read my work, I think it only right and proper that I set out to read lots of different blogs myself. I find some really great and varied musings out there in blog-land.
Although it’s not the intention, some people come back to find out where I came from when I’ve read their blogs.
        I’m glad you did!
You obviously are really passionate about the whole geo-coaching thing. It was really interesting to read about what you’re doing.
        All the best
        See you on twitter, Faye
